Hi guys, I am still a bit new so please bare with me
I am trying to build a responsive mobile app but when I preview it the bottom navbar gets pushed to low where it’s not comfortable for the user to use, does anyone have any suggestions by any chance ?

I tried to add a white shape just underneath the navbar at it looks fine on the preview on my phone but now the one on the preview link on the computer it’s messed up.
Not sure which one is right 
, any help ?
that changes when you send it to the app stores it just looks like that on web
