[bug] Dropdown inputs not re-setting to default value

Hi - I wanted to report what appears to be a bug that needs fixing. I didn’t see a bug category so putting it in Help.

I have my default value for a dropdown input to be empty, but when a user closes and then re-opens the app it shows their last selected value.

Thanks @gnb, we are aware that this is an issue for some users and we are looking in to ways on how to resolve it.
