Hi @ThunderBlade,
Would you be able to include a screen recording of this behavior?
Thank you and have a great day!
I’m at work at the moment….can try when i get home. But just imagine:
Thanks for the information!
I’m unable to reproduce this issue. Is this started happening today? Would you able to see the component under the ‘Components’ section in the screen tree?
It actually started last night. And here is the ever crazier part…..I have 10 buttons on the upper 1/3 of the screen. If I copy/paste/drop a button on the bottom 1/3 of the screen it all seems to work.
It appears that the elements are disappearing on the middle 1/3 of the screen only. When I dop one on the bottom 1/3….it sticks and I can see it in the components list.
If I drop an element on the middle 1/3 of the screen….i disappears and does not show up in the components list.
I attempted to create a new screen and try it fresh…..same issue.
Thanks for the information!
Have you clicked the expand all button in the screen tree and looked for the component? It might be auto grouped with something like rectangle component, image component,.. You’re in the responsive builder right, or in legacy builder?
I’m still unable to reproduce this issue and when you get time, would it be possible to share a quick screen recording of your setup?
Thank you and have a great day!
I think I accidentally found the problem.
As for as which builder…..I have the Expand All function (Is that the Responsive Builder?)
Anyway, there was an invisible list on the page that I could not select (even with a selection widow). I accidentally saw it after a button dissapeared, then selected the back button on the components menu…..and it highlighted the list.
I deleted the list and am now able to do what I wanted to do.
Thanks for sticking in it with me @Dilon
Expand all button is available on both builders. Once you select a component and if you see a layout tab in the component settings panel, then you should be using the responsive builder.
You’re very welcome and I’m very glad you got it figured out, happy building!
