How do I create an App in such a way that all the app data (including it’s Databases and tables) are stored locally within the user’s phones and nothing is stored in the cloud (Not even in Adalo’s servers)?

I don’t think you can do this with any no code tools.
They are designed to leverage cloud functions.
Probably search for code solution then.
Visit Pragmaflow. Follow the steps and you can download a component that allows for Client side storage. They also have some other great components!
