We have a project (Pro Account) where we created an account and that account invited my account to be a collaborator. How does this work?

It currently doesnt. two people cant work on the same app at the same time. as much as it says it can it breaks 100 percent of the time. it is a LAST ACCTION WINS setup right now so unless you refresh your screen every time you click your mouse then it will break!
It means you will have access to that team account. You will need to be individually added for access to each app in the app settings. Then you will be able to make changes to that app.
As mentioned though, this is currently not intended to be a collaborative environment where edits can be made simultaneously. Edits should only be made by 1 person at a time.
