Please can someone help me?
I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get my scrolling list to be contained.
It is scrolling into the top and bottom navigation bars!

Looks like you are using the transparent app bar use solid colour instead on both places.

Thanks for the reply! Is there no way of keeping the transparency on the bars and containing the scroll to a certain space?

Nope as of now but you can use translucent for app bar to adapt the glass effect.
