Is there a way to get the url of the web screens without going to them?

I need sharable link for profile pages. I am creating new screens and setting filter and link it to the profile page and get the url this way.

It requires huge work because there are lots of steps: first create a screen, then create item, and filter that item, then set the filter(to go to the profile page with right collection data) of the item, then add link to the profile screen and create another screen to be able to go to this screen and copy its url:)
