I need a way to easily create and control a custom horizontal menu. Unfortunately, Adalo only provides a dedicated vertical menu. Please suggest a solution to this problem.

I don’t think there is a true custom horizontal list.
You can mod the horizontal card list or avatar list a little, but not fully customisable. It is a long requested component, upvote it.
