Custom horizontal lists are not available on Adalo, as far as I know.
You can only do that in a custom vertical list.
The only way I can think of to do something similar is to do a custom vertical list with 4 columns, which is the max, and set maximum number of items to 4, but you’d be limited to 4 cards.
