Custom List with Pagination active not working

Hi

I had been waiting patiently for the Custom List Pagination feature but it is not working as I had expected it too.

The first video shows the custom list with Pagination off, load on scroll active.

The list output which uses 6 filters works like a charm. The filters are all working and the numerical count reflects the number of displayed records. The only gripe with this is if I click on the arrow to view details & go back go the list, the list resets to the first 20 records. Hence the need for pagination.

The second video shows “Pagination” engaged with 10 records per page

The list does not update correctly. The displayed records do not correspond to the numerical count (which is proven to be correct). When I click on a record and return to the list, the list refreshes correctly. However, the “pagination” itself works fine.

Since the Custom List Pagination has just been rolled out, it should be something to be looked into. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi

It is not the pagination that is the problem. If you have watched the videos, it shows that the list does not update when pagination is used. Without pagination, the list behaves great when the filters are used.

This probably has to do with “custom lists not refreshing”. This issue has been mentioned quite often in the forum. Custom lists are now being checked by support. I guess I need to wait till there is a resolution.

Then when you go to advanced option on the list you will see the auto refresh just turn it on
