Daily/weekly/monthly users and retention, how see that on Adalo?

Hello,

On Adalo, is it nativelly possible to see how many users user the app each days/weeks/months…?

And how many come back (the retention)?

If yes, how do that?

You need to create user criteria for login times/use of widgets and then build a dashboard accordingly. It’s not complicated.

So… what you are saying is that it’s not native, but that i can build it in the app?

Yes, it’s simple.

For the daily, weekly, monthly users, i see what you mean, but for the retention, how do you do ?

I create fixed metrics and transfer them in a custom action to Google Sheets.

Like what as fixed metrics?

You collect the metrics that matter to you by creating logs in a custom collection (for example, every entry into Feature X adds a record with a date, user ID, and feature ID—this can also work for general app launches, etc.). Then, every week, month, or day, you run a custom action that sends the data to Google Sheets (or a internal system within Adalo), where sorting becomes very simple. This ensures the process is both automated and convenient. However, it’s worth noting that Adalo currently lacks the native ability to trigger custom actions based on specific dates.
