Is there a way to filter as “is equal to” for date and time?

What I mean is, when there is just a date, I can filter for when current date “is equal to” another date. When I filter for current date and time, I can only filter for “is before”, “is after”, “is between”.

Hi Jason, this is not currently an included filter within the date and time properties.
