Deep linking share not showing data on mobile web app

Hello the community,

This is my first post. I am trying to use the deep linking share option to share information present on a certain page within my app. I have not published it yet to App Store or Google play, only on the web. It’s a legacy app transferred to the new platform and it’s for Mobile only as strongly recommended by Adalo.

I followed all the steps thoroughly and I can see the data on my Mac Safari but not on my mobile Safari or Chrome! The data dynamic fields are empty.

Could anyone help me please?

Thank you and kind regards,
Cecile

Hello,

Can you share with me privately your app’s ID

Yes sure.

Hi, do you know if this is working now? The same thing is happening to me… the link opens fine from the desktop, but it doesn’t on my phone.

Sorry I made further tests and there are still some issues, I will double check and make a list and come back asap.

  • So the page doesn’t display if the receiver (Android is this case) is logged in into the same web app with another account, the link goes straight to the homepage. Even after logging out from the app (but maybe it’s the cache playing).
Maybe it is happening because the app is not published on app store or google play store?
  • It is still working well on my iphone though when I open the link in another browser (Chrome) that the one I have my logged in account (Safari).
    Thank you for your help!
