I would like to know if I need to have an Apple computer to put an application made in Adalo in the App Store? or can i do this using windows?

You’ll have have to have a developer account with the Apple AppStore. You can do this from developer.apple.com. From there you can use Adalo to submit your application. But you will not need an Apple product to do so!

You do not need an apple product but I would recommend you try and gain access to one as the app does not always look or act the same way as you see in the Adalo previewer.
