i have recently decided to downgrade my plan to free since my app isnt getting the same amount of usage but i am concerned about all of my data in my database? like when a downgrade do i loose all of it because all of it sums up to larger number of collections and records than what adalo offers in the free plan.
When you downgrade, Adalo doesn’t instantly wipe your data. Your collections and records will still be there, even if they’re over the free plan limits. The main difference is that you won’t be able to add new records or sometimes even publish new changes until you’re back within the free tier’s limits.
So you won’t “lose” the data, but your app may be restricted in what it can do until you trim it down or upgrade again. It’s always a good idea to export a backup CSV of your collections before making plan changes, just for peace of mind.
