When a user shares a link to a specific record (a logged wine, a product, etc.), the link preview always shows my app’s generic logo instead of that record’s actual photo.
Example: in my wine journal app, when someone shares a wine they logged, the text preview should show that wine’s bottle photo as the thumbnail. Tapping it should open the full share card/screen with the photo, name, notes, and whatever other fields I’ve set up which already works great once someone actually opens the link (see screenshot below of what the preview looks like today vs. what opens once tapped).
What I’d love: the ability to set the preview thumbnail image for a shared link to a specific record’s photo, so the image itself is the clickable preview, and tapping it takes the person straight to that record’s full share card instead of showing my app’s logo for every single share, no matter what’s being shared.
