Is it possible to find and replace text?

I am using OpenAI’s API call and need to replace \ with \ and " with '. I’m assuming replacing this text in the input field would be easiest.

I’ve searched everywhere. Found this Find/Replace User-Inputted Text? - #3 by Ben but no response.
