Good afternoon! I’m shipping from Adalo to the TestFlight app. For some reason, the download only goes up to half, and then abruptly says that it is complete and the download circle becomes full. As a result, when I start to check in TestFlight the application is all with errors. These errors are not in Adalo itself, everything works fine there.
Can you tell me how to solve the problem?

What do you mean by “all with errors”?

Hi. The same screen refreshes several times. If you leave this screen and don’t click anything, it just refreshes every few seconds.
Also, when you click on the drop-down list, the numbers that should be there don’t appear immediately. You have to wait about a minute. Also, some items are not displayed when you first enter the app, and not all items respond to finger taps on the first try. There are no such problems in Adalo when testing. It is in the test flight that the problem occurs.
This app used to work fine in testflight. Now changed a little other things, checked everything in adalo (where everything is fine) and uploaded to testflight where I catch these errors.
It feels like it doesn’t fully load there, as the download seems to be complete, but it immediately flies off to the end after halfway through.

I believe the best way is to submit a ticket to Support: Submit a Support Ticket.
If the app was working before and isn’t working now, and if you didn’t make any significant changes, then some investigation from Adalo side might be required.
