Help, ZAPIER integration RELATIONSHIPS in Adalo

Hello all! I have a tutoring company.

I have a question for you. I am using zapier to make appointments from my booking site appear in Adalo so that users can see their bookings. It is working however, I am trying to make the zap also add a “tutor” which is a RELATIONSHIP between 2 collections. So I want it to select a certain user (tutor).

What I have done so far: Used our calendar ID (from the booking system) as the User ID which zapier asks for to distinguish which tutor to select. However, this is not working despite assigning the corresponding system ID to the tutors in Adalo. I do not know what to do… Would be so greatful for some guidance!

what I would recommend you to do is on your appointments field → make one field for tutor name → so you save the tutor name there as a word not as a relationship.

It’s hard/impossible for adalo to get the name/info from the relationship to somewhere else. you first need to save the data in your appointments as if it was not a relationship.
