How can I delete custom actions from the list?

I made test custom action… and I want to delete it.

how can I remove these from the list?

I was once able to do it, but now I forgot and after tinkering can’t remember what I did I’ll keep trying

Use custome action first like this.

and click “Pencil icon” to edit. then you will see delete button like this.

and you will see this.

then, click “Delete” button.
