How can i push an update to Play Store and Apple Store?

Hello i’m quite new on this platform and as well in app development industry.

My colleague managed to publish and keep the app updated and live on both stores, but now i need to change a link connected to a specific button, which i did.

Now I’m stucked at the publication step for this update which i don’t know how to finalize, by reading the resources i should maybe go to “Publish” within my app and try to push it then i will be given a file to upload in Play Console and Apple Connect, but when i do that the Adalo publish feature is asking me for a file which i don’t know which one it is.

Please i need this urgently!!

I just did. I just need to know the process in adalo and outside to update an already published app.
