I would like a collection of food where it will have multiple purchase order dates/time so customer can order a food and choose which PO dates/time they want it base of the available ones

I try to create a purchase order collection with dates on it but the name what should I input? and how to make it so that the person create the food can create purchase order dates for this food few times
