Does anyone have an idea to display multiselect dropdown results in a checkout cart?

Long time ago, I give up using this component, as it can initiate correctly.
If you are allowing user to delete the item in the list, just use icon with delete action.

Yeah this component is limited. I tend to mimic the functionality with custom lists.
