Unfortunately, notifications in Adalo are available only for native apps. There is no way to send notification to Adalo webapp.
Having said that, you don’t need to fully “publish” the app to the stores; to test notifications, you can build your app and put it to Testflight (Apple) / Internal testing (Google).
