Analogy - I want to create an app with a function like an alarm clock. I want to trigger a notification on the screen with an alarm sound giving two options of approval or rejection. This user selected option in recorded and shown in the app.
Basically I am making app for a private community with a feature like this, the notification will be triggered by another person, on the app by clicking a button and he clicks, then even if the app is closed or screen is locked, just in case of an alarm clock, there should be a notification on screen with sound and approval and rejection option.
Please guide me through, how this can be acheived.
