Countdown timer action triggers

Hello. I’m creating an app that uses the Countdown Timer add on. The videos from @victor have been very helpful for me in doing that.

I have an action that triggers when the countdown ends, however if I’m using the test app on my phone, it only triggers if the app is open and the screen is on. I would like it to trigger regardless, is this just because I am using the test app or is this a limitation of the add on?

I think background processing isn’t possible with Adalo at the moment. However, you could consider using Zapier or Integromat (Make) as a workaround.
