Ability to send the URL upload of uploaded images out Adalo through API / External Collections. At this moment, its not possible to end customers upload their images out Adalo and we can only work with text and numbers at external collections, what limits the platform power.
So your wanting to be able to upload images to other services from the Adalo interface. ie upload the image to AWS S3 (or similar service to store the image there? What is the use case for this?
Tony Dehnke: Hi Tony, actually i’m building an app which let users generate and manage their websites by adding products to e-commerce for example. At this moment, it’s not possible to let they upload the picture using the image picker field and send it to the new website as export collection currently supports only text, date and number. This feature may apply to anyone which wants to let users upload their images and use this image outside Adalo. External collections let you use an external database without the need for Adalo’s native database.
Very important feature!
