Informations about social media posts

Hello!
I have a request from one of my clients. The client need to see their social media post insights/analytics to their app.
For example:
I have an account on the app. I share a post from the app to twitter. I want to see how many comments, likes and retweets I have got on my post.

Also, I need the same thing for Facebook and Instagram
