Instagram tutorial follow and followers count not updating

I am almost done with my app but for some reason when testing followers and following on both the users profile and my profile they do not provide the count. I have watched the tutorial multiple times but it never really shows how to do created those counts. I thought I had it figured out but I can’t get it to update

Try deleting the magic texts and adding them again!
