The ability for existing users of your app to invite new users either from their phone contacts or by entering their email address. Invited users will receive an email or text with the link to login to the app and set their password.
please include sharable invite link to Whatsapp and Telegram by the users with their invite codes
Adding a “Teams” level to this for Multi-tenant apps would open so many doors for Adalo and B2B apps.

And inviting users by generating an invite link. Example scenario: creating an invite link for a group. Anyone that signs up following the generated link will be added to that group after creating email and password.
+1 x 200 times! Must have feature in order to bring in serious entrepreneurs on Adalo platform to build customer acquisition strategy.

Sorry for the late reply, I’d be elated if you could share any info at all, even 1 sentence of advice would go a long way towards understanding what needs to be done to achieve such a feat![]()

You can add users to an existing account by sending them an email with the account ID (you can automate this using Zapier I guess) and a link to a screen in the app. I used a RAND function with +10 digits to make sure there is no chance of creating duplicate account IDs.
When the non-user lands in the app they need to enter an account ID (of the account that is trying to invite a user), an email address and password. From a button list of all accounts you match the business ID from the input field with the existing business ID.
When the non-user clicks that button the user will be signed up and added to the current account.
An interim screen updates the record current account and adds the logged in user. On screen you redirect them to the homescreen in the app.
In the app there is no account data, thus you need to add that to the screens your using. You do this using a drop down where you check which accounts are connected to the user (see attachment 3 and 4).
Also you can add multiple accounts to one user, which is awesome for project management, different roles, etc.
The only thing is the invite.. I haven’t connected Zapier yet. But you always send emails the ‘wizard of ozz’ way. Only when you get multiple invites a day it would be best to automate it. But let’s face it, when apps on Adalo are very successful they will be custom developed by a professional anyway..
@floris-de-sThats fantastic info!!!, in cant thank you enough for taking the time to write such a detailed explanation!!!, i really appreciate it!!! It’s very hard to get help when we need it most, so your timing was brilliant!!
