So far really impressed with Adalo. However, its not clear is an app and ts content built with Adalo remain native on the smartphone/device once installed? Or does the app require connectivity? We have instances where our app will be needed and there may not be a network connection.

I believe the app requires connectivity in order to run.
If the items are not part of the database yes, you can display content in app even without connection, for example static images or text, but it doesn’t do much good
