With Adalo, can I create an application that displays wallpapers on smartphones? Can I create a way to time these wallpapers so that every hour / day / minute they change?

If it’s a native device wallpaper experience, then I’m afraid this wouldn’t be possible in Adalo.
If it’s an app that just displays different images at fullscreen at timed intervals. This is something that would be possible to make in Adalo.
