If you’ve a custom domain connected to the 3 apps, you can configure different slugs for each app.
For makers who doesn’t have the custom domain feature included in their pricing plan, this was a bug before but should not be a bug anymore! : Shared Database Issue: "Share Your Test App" redirects to the wrong app - #3 by Dilon
If the apps shared/created before this fix deployment date, you can submit a support ticket. : New Bug Form
