List of items alignment out on iOS native

This may be related to a previous post I made here: Conditional display of element messes up rendering in lists - #6 by anon78309838.

I still have problems getting things to line up in list view. This time it’s OK on Android and Webview but on my iOS native app I get a gap between items in the second column:

Here is how it appears in iOS- see the gap between items in the second column:

and here it is in webview all OK. Android is fine too:

Unfortunately I do not have an iOS device to test with but I will ask a colleague to take a look at this to see if we can figure out the reason this is happening.
