After the update that added the hibernation feature to the editor, I noticed that the page started scrolling constantly, although this has recently decreased.

The most serious problem is that I’m frequently logged out, and when I try to log in again, the system doesn’t recognize my account—as if it didn’t exist. Not even password recovery works in these situations. I can’t access the editor for several hours, and then suddenly, the login function works again.

This is causing problems because I pay for the $200 plan and work with Adalo every day, practically all day. I’ve already started experiencing delivery delays due to prolonged periods of inactivity. I don’t know if the issue is with the server or the login page, but I urgently need a solution.

Please investigate the cause and advise me on how to definitively resolve this instability.

As I mentioned in my earlier email to you, it looks like our responses haven’t been reaching you because they’re bouncing back on our end. This usually happens when the support email is marked as spam.
