Hello all, I just published my app for testflight but the logo is not showing for some reason. I had the logo uploaded to Adalo before publishing. Does anyone know how to solve the issue?
I can only suggest you check the file meets apple requirements, which Adalo may not be checking for. Firstly dimensions 1024 x 1024 px. Format = .png
Hello as @Rozza has mentioned, please check the image type and size to match the requirements. Also please make sure that the PNG image doesn’t contain an alpha channel because sometimes Apple doesn’t accept that as App icons.

Sometimes, when you change the logo, it only updates once the new one is approved…
