Many notifications sent instead of only 1 wishes

Hey,

I have a problem with Trigger Notification… when i click one times on the text/button to send a notification, it currently send 4 notifications at the same time instead of only one…

See the result of that :

And this is the setup behind the Trigger Notification…

Have you an idea of what happen?

I removed it and recreated it and exactly the same thing happens…
