Moving the Overall Screens on PC

When I am using my MacBook, I am able to hold the control button and use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out on the overall app view. If I hold the shift key and use the mouse wheel, I can move the screen left or right.

When I’m on my PC, if I hold the control key…I can zoom in one percentage amount at a time (we will call it 1 clip at a time). However, when I use the mouse wheel along with the control key to zoom out 1 clip at a time (Like I can do on the MacBook)…..the screen zooms all the way out and I have to start over and zoom in to the level that I want to work at.

Is there a way to change this behavior on the PC to mimic that of the MacBook??

I can experience the same behavior with my Windows laptop which I’m using the trackpad in most times. I’ve shared this with the team now and I’ll update you on how it goes!
