Welcome to the community 
I found a solution for this one.
So open a new Google sheet ( Not a Excel Sheet ).
Then paste the details and then go to the file tab
And then go to the Download section.
And then download it as a CSV file ( The option where the cursor situated) and then import it on Adalo and see the result.
