Native apps log users out of the app for no reason

I’m finding out a lot of posts with this issue! And all very recent dates:

Unintentional auto log-out after 2/3 days

Hi all, I have a serious problem with my app, it seems to auto log out after 2/3 days even though i assigned both the welcome (first time) screen and the return (home) screen to a specific page. Can somebody help me with any solutions for this? I don’t want my users to be logged out unless they do it themselves. Many thanks!

Randomly Logging out Users?

My app has been randomly logging out users. It seems like it’s mostly happening with some updates, but not all of them?? Iv also had some people tell me that it just happened randomly. Anyways its very frustrating for users and i don’t have any idea why it’s happening. Any ideas? Thanks so much
