Hello,

I need help publishing the app. I upgraded my account to a starter account, and not sure how to proceed with publishing the app. Can I publish for both Android and iOS if I am on a starter account?

This is my first app.

Yes, you can publish to Android and iOS on the Starter account.

There are free videos (you just need to sign up) on publishing to the app stores at App Publishing
