I have a screen that is meant to create a new record within one of my database collections. I want the screen to always open in a black / “Fresh” state, but for some reason it fills in the last bit of information that was added. This happens even when I have the settings set to EMPTY.
Anyone know how to fix this issue?

A small advice: for someone not aware of the app details, it might be quite difficult to understand what is the issue (which may be obvious for you).
So it is quite useful to add screenshots or screen recordings, explaining the problem. With more explanation, there is more chances some other fellow forum member will try to help.

I understand, but this shouldn’t need a screenshot. This is a simple screen with dropdown boxes and text boxes. The screen is meant to create a new record, but instead of the boxes being empty or showing a default…they show the last record made…even though the setting is to be empty.
