Hey everyone,
I just dropped a new YouTube tutorial showing you how to create a Snackbar pop-up message in Adalo. Snackbars are a clean way to give your users quick feedback in your app, whether it’s confirming an action, showing an alert, or letting them know something was completed.
Watch the full tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LaSSKyRAMDQ
(Be sure to like the video & subscribe to the channel!)
In this tutorial you’ll learn:
-
How to build the snackbar with a rectangle and text
-
How to use an “App States” screen to store the snackbar message
-
How to add a 3-second countdown timer that clears the message automatically
-
How to set visibility so the snackbar only shows when it has text
-
How to make it sticky at the bottom of the screen
-
How to set up triggers so you can display any message you want (like “Action completed” or “Success”)
By the end, you’ll have a reusable snackbar component you can copy and paste onto any screen in your app.
If you want more help with your Adalo projects, I also offer 1:1 mentoring where I walk you through setting things up, fixing bugs, or building custom features like this faster. You can check that out here: https://www.templar.design/adalo-mentoring/
Would love to hear your feedback and what other tutorials you want me to cover.
