We’ve added a confirmation prompt whenever you delete a screen in the editor — whether you hit the delete key or use the overflow menu, you’ll get a quick “are you sure?” before anything disappears. And if you’re a power user who finds the prompt gets in your way, you can disable it anytime in your Account Settings.
