Offline Support

Any updates on this?

Lalremlien Neitham: I’d also like to know! This would be very useful.

This would be really, really useful and absolutely critical for my app idea. Has anyone found a workaround to achieve offline database storing? Or are we just waiting for an official implementation?

Aniish72: same here! I switched to Adalo for the same reason. Really hope this gets added soon…

Afro Consciousness: I upvoted! I really want this too.

This would be a key solution for us. We are located in area’s with not a great cellphone reception, this would really help us out!

This is very important feature. Currently it looks like a web page loading data. Not a good user experience of a Native app. In fact, some times it seems like the mobile apps are not even native, rather they’re just the web pages put on the browser!

It would be so useful for our use case.
The mobile app would be used in low-connectivity areas, and the picture needs to be uploaded as soon as the phone gets network connection back again

I am really looking forward to this funcion. I would need this because of the bad service we have in some remote areas where we use the app…

How about we sack off the colour picker that’s planned and aim for this instead (:

This feature is an absolute must-have! Making at least some databases accesible offline its a game changer specially for apps designed to be used in remote areas with poor connection.

Hoping for this! Up!

This should have the highest priority! If I want to save some data, I need to use Adalo database which depends on network and has many performance issues (you see many issues on forum and feature requests here)

Doubling down on previous comments by all. My business model depends on in-app purchases of ‘books’ of content. Those ‘books’ MUST be available offline - period. As others have said… I can build an MVP with Adalo, but this is a deal-killer for a real product launch. Thanks in advance for working on this one!

Definitely a key feature which is missing at the moment. Should be a top priority due to network availability, speed of app function etc.

Hi, I am also in need of the offline features. Working in Agtech having a network is not always possible. I would love to keep my MVP in Adalo otherwise I need to change it completely. Thanks in advance.

I so need this for my app as well. It’s kind of sad that users cannot have something useful when they are offline or traveling on an airplane, especially I am designing specifically for flight phobia. I can’t use Adalo anymore if app needs to be online to get the data all the time. I would like cache capability, instead of having the app needing to connect to the database.
I don’t understand. This feature got upvoted 300+ times, but not in review or planned.

I am guessing this feature is not being considered at all, seeing that it has 303 up votes and not being reviewed.
This feature could be a game changer, there are so many no-code tools in the market, Adalo needs to shine above them, and allow a few of these feature will do that.
I am not talking about PWA offline capability, but full offline, with sync when in range.

I need offline component to

This needs to be contemplated, even if the cache on the phone is only partial, so text side of apps work, even if other features don’t, so there is some offline functionality.
Until then I will be attempting to use the download database as PDF as a backup system for offline on my apps. But this will be available to those who pay for the feature as would lose AdMob revenue on free apps.
