Status on this? Cant deliver apps to my german customers with english text..
I think this could be a major feature for Adalo, since it would fill a need for building basic apps in language areas, like where I am based in Africa, that are niche.
Idea for how to do this would be having all entered text be generated into a table. Then when multiple languages are added the user can go to this master table and enter in translations under the column of the new language.
Could have a suggested character limit of what was inputted in the first language, and highlight additional characters in new languages red, so that designers work to make the text shorter or the same length.
Would be good to see all text in a single place anyway for creating human readable text.
Unfortunately, even in the Input you cannot make the text goes from right to left. Adalo, I think this is an easy feature to develop, not asking for a full support, but small things that makes our apps working in middle east. Glide & Adalo still not supporting RTL. Ben Haefele
Multiple Languages is important for the delivery of the apps but also for its use. I’m based in Brazil and locals have a very basic understanding of english (when they have some
). I make video content (tutorials) about no-code tools and Adalo has a great market if Brazilian Portuguese can be a language of use. By the way, one of the tutorials with more views and interactions is about Adalo.
Please, let me know if you need any help with brazilian portuguese translations.

I know, you have a lot on your roadmap and there are not so many votes.
But I wanted to make you aware of the big market opportunity in the context of planned activities for translation and internationalisation.
Middle-East and North Africa is ALL mobile and in need for No-Code. Exactly the spot where Adalo fits in.
Adding the option of a RTL property to a container seems to be a reasonable effort.
“[…] English, even though it is spoken by just 20 percent of the world’s population. On the other hand, 420 million people, i.e. 5.6 percent of the 7.5 billion people on earth, speak Arabic.”

I suggest implementing it on a Message Translation Page (also for the Forgot Password screen) of the system, where the Admin can do translations of these strings manually for as many languages as needed.
I really think that RTL will add a big value and add more customers
I can help with Arabic translation
I can help with Brazilian Portuguese translation
For those interested, this quick hack will not solve the RTL problem, but most other translations should work.
Besides that, Multiple language usage should be available. We can create language files such as Android, and the app can show language according to users’ language choices on their devices.
Modal alerts for the app’s camera and photos will be displayed in English. Please tell me how to change the language because the app’s modal alerts must be in the same language as the app’s current localization so that users can understand why the app is requesting access to certain features.
Eu uso em português e necessito que as mensagens sejam exibidas no meu idioma. Espero que isso seja realizado o mais breve possível
Hello guys! I’ve created a new text component with multi-language support, maybe it will be useful for you.
This is essential for apps looking to scale globally.
Please, add a solution to allow apps to be multi-language.
