The payment system is suitable for CMS systems such as Wordpress. Adalon in fact is also a web page?

CMS systems such as Wordpress, Joomla etc. are different from Adalo. Adalo is a no-code platform and doesn’t allow to embed custom JavaScript into the apps and web-apps at the moment.
Payment systems integration is possible for apps built in Adalo. That will depend on the requirements of an exact payment system. Some of them may work via Webview, some may require using external integration services’ platforms.
As an alternative you could develop your own custom component (in React Native) for your requirements and put all the payment system’s logic there. See more here: Introduction | Adalo
