Plan Pro didn't activate

Hey everyone

I subscribed to the Pro Plan about a week ago using a promo code and as you can see in the picture below I received a confirmation by the Adalo’s team via mail.
But it seems that the Pro Plan is not activated yet, how can I manage this situation ?
