I recently signed up for the monthly plan (pro) and later decided to downgrade to the free plan. The free plan does not give you the “next” button, and when you refresh, it still displays the paid plan. I have put in a ticket, but have not heard back from Adalo tech support.
The Adalo Support Team should reply to you within 24 hours.
This issue was resolved yesterday. Are you still experiencing this? Is your email on the forum as your email for the app?
As of 1/27/21 at 1056 this issue is not resolved. I am still showing the “Pro” plan, and when I try to switch to the “free” plan, there is no option to continue past this screen. My email for the forum is the same as for the app as well
