Possible to have users input address from moving pin on a map?

Is it possible to have users select an address by moving a pin on a map?

From my understanding this is not curently an option. Curently the map feature suports single pin from db and Multi pin from db only.

We really need to be able to use this feature. It will help us to create taxi app.
Any idea?
